This notice concerns the optional email updates form on the New Market Capital website.

Information collected

The contact form collects the name, email address and telephone number you provide, and optionally your company. We also record whether you actively opted in to receive marketing updates.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your contact details to respond to your introduction or enquiry. If you choose to opt in, we may also send occasional email updates about New Market Capital and its projects. You do not need to opt in to submit the form or browse the website.

Processing and storage

The website is hosted with Cloudflare Pages. Contact form submissions are transmitted to our email delivery provider (Cloudflare Email Service or Resend, depending on the configured integration) and forwarded to info@newmarketcapital.org. If an optional Cloudflare KV storage binding is configured, a copy of the submission may be stored there. Service locations, retention terms and international data safeguards must be reviewed before launch.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, ask us to delete your subscription information or exercise your applicable data protection rights by emailing info@newmarketcapital.org. We will use your information to handle your enquiry, and for marketing updates only where you explicitly opted in, subject to applicable law.

Retention

We retain contact enquiries only as long as necessary to respond and maintain relevant business records. Marketing contact details are retained until consent is withdrawn or otherwise no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements.
